Acting Secretary of Labor, Julie Su, was questioned by US Congressman Kevin Kiley (R-CA) if her new rules governing independent contractors would put owner-operator truck drivers out of work.

Watch the video above as Ms. Su did not have an answer and stumbled through the examples Representative Kiley brought forward of women who choose independence for the flexibility and earning power they need to support their families.
