After years of working with the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to implement technologies that improve air quality, the Transportation Project (TTP) is suing them. TTP asserts the EPA’s greenhouse gas phase three (GHG3) regulations are “unrealistic and unimplementable” and ignore all the upstream emissions in favor of a rule strictly focused on tailpipe emissions.
TTP desires a program that encompasses all emission savings technologies including renewal diesel, renewable natural gas, methane, hydrogen, and electric.
